How the refill works
No appointment needed. Simply take your bottle to any Alkalined refill station, tap your card on the reader and follow the prompts on screen.
- Find your nearest station on the Refill Station Map.
- Choose Alkaline Water at approximately pH ~8.5–9.5, or Pure Water at approximately pH ~6.5.
- Tap your card, select your volume and start filling.
- Seal your bottle with the Travel Cap for the trip home.

How do you use the bottle at home?
Designed for Easy Pouring
The 15L bottle has a built-in tap near the base, so once placed on your bench or bottle stand, you can pour straight into your glass without lifting the bottle.
Your Starter Bundle includes a Travel Cap, designed to securely seal the bottle while transporting it to and from the refill station.
For everyday use as a benchtop dispenser, we recommend adding a
Dispenser Cap. Its built-in air vent allows air to enter the bottle as water flows from the tap, providing a smoother, continuous pour.

What size bottle comes in the Starter Bundle?
The bundle includes the 15 litre bottle, with a moulded side handle for carrying and a push tap near the base for pouring once it is standing on a bench. The neck measures 55mm.
How much water does the $20 credit buy?
Up to 30 litres. Refills are from 67cents a litre, the $20 credit covers 2 x 15L fills.
Does the water credit expire?
No. The credit does not expire, it can be used across multiple visits and at any Alkalined refill station. Not redeemable for cash.
Do I need anything else to use the bottle?
The Travel Cap included with your Starter Bundle securely seals the bottle for transport and storage. If you’re using the built-in tap on your bench, we recommend the vented Dispenser Cap, which allows air into the bottle so the water flows freely without airlock.
Where can I use the water credit card?
At any Alkalined refill station. Tap the card on the reader and follow the prompts. Use the station map to find your closest one.
Does the bottle come with a cap already fitted?
The Travel Cap is supplied with the starter bundle. Easy to fit and seals the bottle.
Which caps fit this bottle?
All three Alkalined caps fit the 15 litre bottle. The Travel Cap seals it, the Dispenser Cap vents it for benchtop pouring, and the AlkaLock Cap clamps it shut for transport.
